Positive Reinforcement in the Classroom

Throughout my very short student teaching experience this past spring, I learned a number of different classroom management techniques that had some success. The strategy that was the most effective on the majority of students was providing positive reinforcement and encouragement to students. This strategy helps them feel more confident in themselves and they have less apprehension about answering questions in front of the class. When a student feels good about themselves, they will put forth their best effort!!!
